Vilde is an artist who has spent time living in Stockholm, Düsseldorf, Melbourne, Aarhus, and Norwich. ‘Holograms’ caught our ear with it’s sophisticated art-pop sound that reminded us of Wild Beasts, Scritti Politti, Japan and more. That high, androgynous voice decorating baroque electronic pop shapes, like a sonic wander through the post-modern section of a European art gallery.

“We’re all following some sort of autobiographical narrative, it’s hard to know when it serves as guidance, or when it serves as a hindrance. My narrative began some decades back, and I’m not sure I’d recognise the me who wrote the first chapters. ‘Holograms’ puts down that narrative for a moment.”

‘Holograms’ is the third single from the upcoming EP ‘Talking To Strangers’. It was written in Stockholm and later produced & engineered by David Pye in Norwich, UK.
