Soundgarden returned to the stage with a warm-up gig under the acronym Nudedragons in Seattle earlier this month. They’ve posted this video up on their site and it reminds how brutal and grinding the band were in their heyday. The modus operandi seems to be about the music as the stage is dark and bare and all members are dressed in black. Cornell‘s voice is still a soaring scream when it needs to be and on this track, Beyond The Wheel, guitarist Kim Thayil is just devastating.
