Iggy and The Stooges are the seminal rock band, such was the ferocity, intensity, reckless abandon andpure decadent energy that they exuded over classic albums like Funhouse, Raw Power and their debut as well as insanely primal and raw live shows. The Hall Of Fame is a pretty pointless institution but finally they are starting to acknowledge some of the key cultural icons of music. As Iggy says in his acceptance speech… “Roll over Woodstock!”

Also… Rhino will  re-release their self-titled 1969 debut album with bonus cuts and producer John Cale’s original mixes as a Collector’s Edition that ships in late April.
