Unsurprisingly there are reports coming out of Thrashers Wheat and Bad News Beat today that the long awaited Archives Blu-Ray mega release has been delayed due to production issues.  It was scheduled for release early November but now looks likely to hit the stores in Jan or Feb 2009.  What’s a few more months ay!  Gives us time to save up for a better Blu-Ray player so we can listen/watch the thing…

At this stage it still looks like we will see the release of Sugar Mountain, a 22 track set recorded in Nov 1968 in Ann Arbor, on November 28th.
