NEWS: LUCINDA WILLIAMS announces Australia shows…

Finally Lucinda Williams is making up for the cancelled shows a few years back that she had to cancel due to the death of her mother.  It will be 16 years since she was last here and her new record Little Honey marks her 30th anniversary in recording.

As well as playing at the 2009 Byron Bay Blues & Roots Festival. she has now announced club shows with her 4 piece band:

  • 1st April – Hamer Hall, The Arts Centre – VIC
  • 4th April – Canberra Theatre – ACT
  • 6th April – Enmore Theatre – NSW
  • 9th April – Queensland Performing Arts Centre – QLD

The press release says that there are special guests to be announced.  Doubtful Sounds is crossing its fingers for Drive By Truckers to support…
